Definitely needs improvements
Wow, where do I start? The air didn't work, had to climb stairs to get to my room since no one was at the front desk. The TV was a hassle and found pee on the toilet. The restaurant was closed, which was a bummer. The outdoor dining area had potential, but overall felt unsafe. Worst stay ever!

Oh, the local eats! The Derby served up some killer comfort food just a hop away, and don't get me started on Hickory & Oak—it's a flavor explosion! Plus, everything on foot easily made for fun jaunts. Gotta give a shoutout to Ali at the front desk for being both friendly and savvy about the area.
Now, onto the nitty-gritty. The TV was a little moody during my stay, and I missed having a lounge to chill in after dinner.

I had a wonderful stay at Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa. The room was beautifully decorated and offered a fantastic view. The location was perfect for my work commitments, with many amenities within walking distance, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Couple looking for a night away
So my wife and I went to this hotel just to get away for a night you know, and it was beautiful. The piano bar had a nice vibe sittin there listening to some fantastic music while we had dinner, made us feel like we were in a different world.
A bit pricey but ya know, it was okay in the end.
